Product description

Learn how to make a contemporary looking hanging planter suitable for wall mounting or window mounting.  A stunning way to showcase a beloved plant.

You will choose to work with beautiful white or brown willow grown here on the farm.

A great basket for beginners, or for those developing their weaving speed, control and style.

You will learn how to:

• stake up the planter
• weave a three rod wale
• weave the body of the planter using 3 rod wale or French randing
• weave the interlocked border
• add in and weave a 5 behind 2 border
• trimming and tidying the basket
• attaching hanging rope or leather

All our courses are supported with after class notes, videos and help/advice sheets and blog content to help you continue your weaving journey.

Please note:

• this course is physically demanding and you need a good degree of manual dexterity.

What do I need to bring?

Glasses (if you need them for close-up work).
Notebook and pen if you wish to make notes, old clothes, covered, flat shoes (no sandals or open toes), something to tie hair back with (if needed)

All materials included. Suitable for all weaving levels, great for beginners 18+.
